POG's (Plan of Goals)
What is a POG?
A pog is a plan of goals – it’s a weekly goal that is designed to help you make better choices.
What is an example of a POG?
- Each week you will receive 2 types of POG’s, an exercise POG and a lifestyle POG.
- An example of an exercise POG would be to increase your current daily activity by 5 minutes.
- An example of a lifestyle POG would be to eat at least 3 veggies daily 5 days a week.
What is a Group POG versus an individual POG?
A Group POG is the POG (goals) that we enter for you each week. An individual POG is a POG that you enter for yourself. If you look at your POGs in the calendar view you will see a column for Type of POG.
- E = Exercise (this is what you'll see next to your own individual POGs)
- L = Lifestyle
- GE = Group Exercise (so this is a group POG that we entered for the challenge)
- GL = Group Lifestyle (a Lifestyle POG that we entered for the challenge)
If I don't enter or complete individual POGs, how does that affect my team?
It doesn't. For the drawings and prizes we will ONLY be looking at the group POGs that we enter for you every week. You are welcome to also enter your own POGs but those will not be counted for this challenge.

What are the prizes?
- Teams who have completed at least 80% of their POG’s will be entered into a bi-weekly drawing for prizes.
- There is a prize for those who have come the closest to reaching their healthy weight by the end of the challenge.
- Teams who have retained the title of “Quality of Life CEO” throughout the whole challenge will be entered into a drawing for prizes.
