Rules:
Teams must consist of 5 members - if you can't find 5 people to join your team let us know and we will assign you to a team.
Each participant will be responsible for tracking and grading their weekly online goals and for attending the scheduled weigh-ins.
How to report your progress:
Bi-weekly weigh-ins will take place at Runners High in Irvine from 10am - 4pm on:
- October 31st
- November 14th
- November 28th
- December 12th
- December 28th
- Please wear the same clothes to weigh-in each time. T-shirts and shorts are recommended.
- Optional: Bring a camera to take your before photos.
- Your privacy is important to us so weigh-ins will be private and your individual weight will not be disclosed.
